Correction:
1. The module works in versions from 4.0 - 6.5
2. Reducing queries to MySQL
3. Added support user_id) (tag
4. Correct work in AJAX addcomments.php

6. Upgrades from older versions
7. Added admin panel

Ability to stand in the admin panel:
-- number of comments
-- Text Status
-- color for every text status
-- on / off GOD-MOD for admins
